Refund policy

1. 30βDay Returns Window
You may request a return within 30β―calendar days of the delivery date. After approval you have a further 14β―days to send the goods back.
2. Eligibility & Restocking Fees
Returned products must be:

All returns must include every accessory, manual, cable, fixing and the original proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
Email info@becoolrefrigeration.co.uk with:
- Your order number.
- Item(s) you wish to return.
- Reason for return (e.g. βchange of mind β unopenedβ, βdamaged in transitβ).
- Photos if the item is damaged or faulty.
Once approved youβll receive:
- A Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- A prepaid label for faulty/incorrect goods, or packing instructions for changeβofβmind returns.
- The full return address.
Items sent without an RMA will be refused.
4. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns on:
- Bespoke or βspecialβorderβ items.
- Perishables, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards or eβvouchers.
- Clearance items marked βnonβreturnableβ.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods remain unaffected.
5. UK CoolingβOff Period
Online consumers have 14β―days from delivery to cancel for any reason. Changeβofβmind returns are subject to the restocking fees above and the buyer pays return carriage. We refund within 14β―days of receipt (or proof of postage).
6. Refunds
Weβll inspect the return and email confirmation:
- Approved β refund (minus any applicable fee) to the original payment method within 10β―business days.
- Rejected β weβll explain why and arrange to resend the item to you.
Banks/card issuers may take additional time to post the credit. If 15β―business days pass after our refund confirmation, contact info@becoolrefrigeration.co.uk.
7. No Exchanges
We do not operate an exchange service. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
