1. 30‑Day Returns Window

You may request a return within 30β€―calendar days of the delivery date. After approval you have a further 14β€―days to send the goods back.

2. Eligibility & Restocking Fees

Returned products must be:

Unopened, factory‑sealed & resale‑ready 25β€―% of the item price Packaging must be intact and unmarked.
Opened but unused / packaging not resale‑ready 25β€―% of the item price Covers inspection, repackaging and administration.
Faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect item supplied Β£0 We cover return carriage and no fees apply.

All returns must include every accessory, manual, cable, fixing and the original proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

Email info@becoolrefrigeration.co.uk with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Reason for return (e.g. β€œchange of mind – unopened”, β€œdamaged in transit”).
  4. Photos if the item is damaged or faulty.

Once approved you’ll receive:

  • A Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  • A prepaid label for faulty/incorrect goods, or packing instructions for change‑of‑mind returns.
  • The full return address.

Items sent without an RMA will be refused.

4. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Bespoke or β€œspecial‑order” items.
  • Perishables, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards or e‑vouchers.
  • Clearance items marked β€œnon‑returnable”.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods remain unaffected.

5. UK Cooling‑Off Period

Online consumers have 14β€―days from delivery to cancel for any reason. Change‑of‑mind returns are subject to the restocking fees above and the buyer pays return carriage. We refund within 14β€―days of receipt (or proof of postage).

6. Refunds

We’ll inspect the return and email confirmation:

  • Approved – refund (minus any applicable fee) to the original payment method within 10β€―business days.
  • Rejected – we’ll explain why and arrange to resend the item to you.

Banks/card issuers may take additional time to post the credit. If 15β€―business days pass after our refund confirmation, contact info@becoolrefrigeration.co.uk.

7. No Exchanges

We do not operate an exchange service. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
